On a recent visit to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum I came across a cool piece of history. This is a draft from Kennedy’s famous “We choose to go to the Moon” speech. College football junkies know it more for its “Why does Rice play Texas” line. The specific line in question was written in pen on a typed draft suggesting it was a rather late alteration to the speech.
